Once opened, it does not require refrigeration and can be stored in the pantry. The packaging is plastic. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the ingredient label because the video didn't load, but with several positive reviews, Ortega Taco Seasoning's credibility stands on its own. Overall, it is an excellent addition to your kitchen.
