Answer: The footbed offers exceptional support with an anatomically correct Cork/Latex blend. -

Are these true to foot size or do they run big or small?
Answer: For both men's and women's sizes, they've been true to size for us. -

How do sizes run?
Answer: They run pretty true to size. We ordered a men's size 13 and usually wear it without socks around the house, so they may be a little 'big' like that but with socks, they would be very true to size. -

Feels tight over instep, does it stretch?
Answer: They can be tight with little stretch if you have a high instep. -
Question:
Compliments and complaints? How can there be so many posts of extraordinary satisfaction with these clogs along with utter dissatisfaction?
Answer: Everyone’s feet are different. These clogs being felt/wool need wearing time to break them in to mold to individual foot shapes. Some people have had a great experience with them, while others may not have liked them initially. It depends on personal preference and comfort. -

How high is the heel rise?
Answer: About the same as the average running shoe - think Nike/New Balance. -

Can these be returned for sizing?
Answer: I have no idea. I would think so as they are based on European sizing. -
Question:
I just measured - 11.5' exactly - used to buy size 46 or 45 in EU - please advise...
Answer: On the Stegmann website, the 11 5/8' is converted to a US size 12, which would convert to a EU size 45. -

What’s the thickness of the wool in mm?
Answer: They never shipped, so I don’t know the answer.
