Answer: I've bought at least ten pair of Levi's 517 and 505 jeans in the last few years. All of them have been the normal 14oz weight and quality. The ones I've worn the most have not shown any more wear than normal. -

Are these jeans manufactured in Mexico?
Answer: Out of five pair I ordered, three were made in Mexico. I returned them all for paper-thin, stiff, bad quality. One pair (501's) was made in Egypt. The pair that felt like Real Levi's (dark stonewash 505's) were made in Bangladesh and we're soft, drapey and heavy. -

Anyone know if the tag # 00505-0216 is the color listed as 'rinse' it seems levi stopped listing the color numbers for some dumb reason. thanks.

Why is the material so thin in these men's 505 regular fit jeans compared to older 505 men's regular fit jeans ?
Answer: In my estimation these jeans feel as if they are recycled. Nothing in them seem new and the fit in the back is horrible. While I did not directly answer your question cause I of myself dont know, these jeans are a no no for me and I will not recommend it for purchase to anyone. -

Answer: The first pair purchased was a big & tall 44x32 Levi's men's 505 jean. It was too loose for my husband and I returned it for the same size and style in a regular jean fit. -

are these 100% cotton as in no elastic/ stretch ? i have been looking in stores and everybody is only carrying jeans with stretch
Answer: The tag says they are 99% cotton and 1% elastane. My husband really likes them. I think in the description of the colors I purchased it said they had some stretch, while others did not. So there may be some options that are 100% cotton.
