Dorman Pushbutton Switches Editorial Review
The Dorman 85929 Electrical Switch, a specialty horn button designed for universal fit, has garnered mixed feedback from customers. Many users appreciate the ease of installation and reliable performance. One customer highlighted its suitability for retrofitting into a 1921 antique car project, suggesting it meets the needs of classic vehicle restorations effectively. The device has also proven to be durable, with another user noting its resilience in the challenging Arizona heat, which adds to its appeal for those in hotter climates. On the other hand, the product has faced criticism. Some users have reported compatibility issues, stating that it does not mount flat to surfaces as expected, rendering it ineffective for their specific needs. Additionally, there are concerns regarding its build quality, with comments about it being flimsy and susceptible to bending. Overall, the Dorman 85929 Spring Electrical Switch is well-received by many who find it functional and durable; however, it may not meet everyone’s requirements due to the potential installation challenges and concerns about sturdiness. **
