Respuesta: I have open toe compression stockings but I don't think they even make 'footless' per se. I suppose you could cut them off just below the ankle and turn them under and it might work. -

Respuesta: Short answer: not sure. I don’t have a box to read specs. However, it does have dots of something soft/rubbery (silicone? plastic?) to hold in place. Approx 2inch band at top of thigh.
