These coated steel screws are suitable for use on pressure-treated wood, including US standard 5/4x6 decking boards, although they do not come with the required Torx bit for the grooved decking products. The screws have reverse threads that prevent them from coming back out and a small head that won't split the board ends. However, they do not have a pointed tip, which can be problematic when reaching the end of a course and require going through flashing.
