The bag comes with 2 elastic straps for universal mounting and two hooks. However, the hooks require a rack (base plate) which is not included in the package. Rok-straps are recommended if a rack does not exist. The product weighs 2.469 pounds, has a 40-liter capacity and can fit two adult helmets. The bag is secure with added Master Lock Python and reflective stickers make it more visible. A few customers suggest using other tie-down cords to secure the bag, and some indicate that the bag does not have pockets.
