About This Item
Upgrade your vehicle with the Compustar CS4900-S 2-way remote start and keyless entry system. This all-in-one system offers convenience and security, allowing you to start your car from up to 3000 feet away. With two remote controls included, you can easily access your vehicle and enjoy the comfort of a warm car on cold winter days.
The four-button remote control allows you to lock, unlock, release the trunk, and start or stop your vehicle remotely. The CS4900-S is compatible with most vehicles and is designed for easy installation. However, we recommend professional installation to ensure optimal performance and to preserve the limited lifetime warranty on the main controller module.
Stay connected with your vehicle even when you're not near it by using the smartphone control feature. With the optional Drone Mobile, you can control your car from your smartphone, giving you peace of mind and added convenience. Please note that a bypass module may be required for certain vehicles, as it is not included with the CS4900-S.

Compustar Alarm Systems CS4900-S/CS5300-S Editorial Review
The product is a remote car starter and keyless entry system. It is compatible with smartphones, but requires purchasing the Drone Mobile and subscribing to one of their plans via Google Play or the Apple Store. The system is not compatible with diesel cars, except for a programmable diesel timer from 3-99 seconds with a 7 sec GM Ignition Delay. Installation requires a bypass module for certain cars with chip keys or other security devices. The system has fantastic range and is highly recommended. However, it is not a DIY product and requires professional installation, programming, and adaptation to the car. Some customers had issues with flashing and cloning, the need to use multiple key fobs, or annoying beeps. Customer support is also terrible, and some customers experienced installation issues, requiring extra modules or returning the product.
