However, the pre-programmed shortcut buttons at the bottom of the remote are not programmable, and this can be frustrating for some users who don't subscribe to the featured services. For example, the Amazon Prime Video button is not necessary as it only opens a separate sub-app after already accessing and using the Prime Video streaming service. The Direct TV and Peacock buttons cannot be reprogrammed, and this can be a source of disappointment, especially since users cannot get the Hulu or Disney plus model.
