NANLITE Continuous Output Lighting FORZA60BII Editorial Review

The Nanlite Forza 60b Mark II Fixture has garnered substantial praise from users for its powerful output, portability, and versatility in both photography and videography. Customers frequently highlight its impressive performance, especially given its compact size and relative affordability compared to more expensive alternatives in the $600-$700 range. The light's ability to deliver both soft and focused beams, thanks to optional accessories like lanterns and fresnels, allows artists to achieve a variety of lighting effects, making it ideal for different shooting situations. Feedback often emphasizes how the Forza 60b Mark II seamlessly fits into existing gear setups, with several users mentioning how it has quickly become their go-to light for both studio and outdoor shoots. Its small dimensions mean that it can be transported easily and set up in tricky spaces, which is particularly beneficial for content creators and professionals working in dynamic environments. Users also appreciate the quiet operation of the fan, allowing for minimal disruption during recordings — a common issue with other lights on the market. Furthermore, the build quality of the light has received compliments for being sturdy and travel-friendly, with many noting that it has survived extensive use, including international travels and numerous commercial shoots, without compromising performance. On the downside, there are some reports of occasional malfunction upon arrival, which stands in contrast to the otherwise high satisfaction that most customers express. Additionally, the lack of batteries included in the kit may be a slight inconvenience for some users looking for an all-in-one package. Overall, the Nanlite Forza 60b Mark II Fixture is highly recommended for both hobbyists and professionals in the photography and video space, thanks to its blend of performance, functionality, and compact design. **
