The strips are also too far apart, and there should be at least one more, but it can still get the job done well. Unfortunately, food can get trapped inside the little slits on each side of the handle, which are inaccessible for cleaning. It is advised to choose a sturdy bowl as it may break any lightweight or plastic bowl. Overall, this product is a total game-changer for serious bakers.
