- POWERFUL, EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION: The Garcima 500 propane burner delivers top-tier cooking performance thanks to its 48,800 BTU output. Two rings of flame supply even heat under the entire paella pan.
- MAXIMUM CONTROL WHILE COOKING: Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it’s needed, and even turn one ring off and keep the other on.
- ULTRA-VERSATILE: The Garcima 500 gas burner offers tremendous flexibility because it has two independently controlled rings which are compatible with many pan sizes. The outer ring is 20” and the inner ring is 12”. Use the inner ring for pans up to 18 inches wide. Use both rings for pans up to 28 inches wide. But it’s not just for paella. It’s ideal for any large skillet or pot, including turkey fryers, beer kettles, and hydrosol stills.
- COOK ANYWHERE: The 500 burner is like having a portable outdoor kitchen. Set it up wherever you want to cook – it’s perfect for the patio or backyard, or take it to the beach, to the park, or on a camping trip. Be the envy of all while tailgating. All it needs for set up is a propane tank and standard low-pressure regulator and hose.
