Respuesta: No it does not. You will need to purchase one when you buy the header. -

I have a Raypak pool heater and the thermostat that came out was a Caltherm 600672. Does this replace that part?
Respuesta: If I was trying to figure that out, I would google the model number of the heater, find a parts catalog or diagram for that and see if this item matches that part number. This process worked for me, and I was able to successfully replace the thermostat in my heater with this one, and it solved my overheating problem. -

Respuesta: Yes it does and I used Jacks Lube to keep it in place while assembling unit back into heater. -

Respuesta: Not sure it came with the thermostat. Easy enough to make your own. -

Respuesta: My research indicates that this is used to regulate the temperature of the water in the pool heater. With my heater this was stuck shut and water could not get heated properly and the heater reported a high temperature fault. When I replaced this part the heater started working correctly.
