- MILK OOLONG: A Cup of Abundance – Famous for its “milky” taste and silky texture, the large, tightly-rolled leaves have the alluring fragrance of sweet cream and pineapple. The flavor is smooth with light, orchid notes. Oolong tea gets its alluring character through a meticulous process in which the leaves are shaken until the perfect oxidation level has been reached, as judged only by sight, aroma and touch.
- OOLONG TEA: With origins in Taiwan and southeast China, the best oolong tea is produced when tea leaves are oxidized in direct sunlight until they give off a precise and pleasant fragrance — somewhere between apples, orchids and peaches. This delightful, hand-processed, green oolong is grown in the Fujian Province in China.
- STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Fill your kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling. Place one teaspoon of leaves per 6 oz water into your pot or infusing basket. Pour the heated water over tea leaves and infuse for 5–7 minutes. Experiment to find your favored steeping time. Remove tea leaves and enjoy, Sip by Sip. Great for multiple infusions!
