This above-ground swimming pool step can be mounted on pools or pool decks up to 54 has a weight capacity of 350 pounds. These steps feature an internal chamber that can be filled with up to 50 lbs of sand to prevent floating. The included flip up ladder is constructed from durable resin and has a flip-up design that will restrict access when not in use. The ladder has a weight capacity of 250 lbs. Warranty: 1 year
