A drug-free dietary supplement, MidNite Extended Release Medium Dose sleep aid is for adults 18 and over who suffer from occasional sleeplessness. Soothing and effective, it contains 6 mg of melatonin to help activate your natural sleep-wake cycle, lemon juice for relaxation and hydration; chamomile to calm and promote restful sleep; and lavender to encourage a relaxing sleep. MidNite Extended Release tablets provide an initial dose of melatonin to help you fall asleep fast, then slowly release additional melatonin throughout the night to help you stay asleep longer. Non-habit forming, MidNight Extended Release is drug-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan. It can be taken at any time of the night (please allow for at least 3 hours of sleep after taking) and wake refreshed, with no grogginess. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Not intended for long-term or continuous use. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
