Brecht'in sanatını Benjamin anlatıyor: Brecht için neyin belirleyici olduğunu bir çırpıda söylemek isteyen bir kişinin şu cümleyi kullanması akıllıca olacaktır: 'Onun konusu yoksulluktur.'
