- Hibiki's Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition celebrates one hundred years of pursuing Harmony and pays homage to the House of Suntory’s unique design approach that brings “Monozukuri” craftsmanship to life and grounds it as part of Japanese culture. This stunning limited-edition expression is a blend of more than 10 malt and grain whiskies that have been aged in five different types of casks from Suntory’s Yamazaki Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
- This luminous gold whisky reveals notes of sage, ripe green apple and pineapple on the nose with a palate that suggests a complex underlying smoke with layers of herb, grapefruit and acacia honey. Subtle and long on the finish with fresh green citrus, Hibiki Harmony is a versatile addition that can be enjoyed neat on the rocks blended with water or mixed in a cocktail.
- As well as tasting exceptional, the 24 faceted bottle, representing the 24 seasons in a Japanese Lunar Calendar year, is a thing of beauty and features a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka (snow, moon and flowers) to illustrate the passing of seasons.
